Course Application and Registration Information

Course Administration

As part of SSI’s Education Innovation initiative, we leverage on technology to enrich the learning experience of our learners. This includes equipping classrooms with smart technology facilities and adopting innovative teaching pedagogies through the use of online platforms. SSI has also converted some of our courses into a blended learning style to incorporate online components such as quizzes and supplementary reading materials before the classroom session. Some of the changes that our learners will experience are as shown below.

Learners will receive access to online courseware instead of printed materials.
Learners will complete an online course evaluation.
Learners will receive an e-certificate after attending their SSI courses. You may refer to the learners’ user guide on the downloading of e-certificates.

Course Application and Registration Process

Individual Course Application

Individual course applications are for self-paying individuals.

For individual course applications, you may apply for courses on the Online Registration portal. If you are new to SSI, register for an account. You also may refer to the user guide on Online Registration Portal. Upon application, you will also be screened for suitability for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding although this is subjected to the terms and conditions of funding.

Organisation Course Application

Organisation course applications are for employees who are funded by their organisations.

Organisations’ administrators may apply for courses for their employees on the Online Registration portal. For new organisations which have not registered with us yet, signup for login ID and password. You also may refer to the client user guide for organisation-sponsored registrations.

Course Application Processing Time

The estimated processing time for both individual and organisation course applications are the same. The course registration will close 5-8 weeks before the course start date.
